Returns Policy

At Milk and Honey, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help with easy returns and exchanges. Please review our policy below:

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
 

  • Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

  • Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.

  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your return.
     

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards
     

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start your return process, follow these steps:
 

  1. Contact us using the form below with your order number and reason for the return.

  2. Our customer service team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on where to send your item(s).

  3. Pack your item(s) securely in the original packaging and include your order number in the package.
     

4. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Domestic Returns (UK): Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
 

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
     

If your return is rejected due to condition or timeframe violations, we will notify you and offer to return the item(s) at your expense.
 

6. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items of the same value, subject to stock availability. To request an exchange:
 

  1. Follow the return initiation steps above.

  2. Indicate the replacement item (size, colour, etc.) you’d like.

  3. Once the returned item is received and inspected, your exchange will be processed.
     

If the requested replacement item is out of stock, you’ll be offered a refund instead.
 

7. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact us using the contact form within 14 days of receiving your order with:
 

  • Photos of the fault or incorrect item

  • Your order number
     

We will provide a free return label and send a replacement or issue a full refund as preferred.
 

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe:
 

  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement.

  2. Contact your payment provider as processing times may vary.

  3. If you’ve done this and still haven’t received your refund, contact us using the form below, and we’ll assist you further.
     

9. Cancelling or Modifying Your Order

  • Orders can be cancelled or modified if they have not yet been shipped.

  • Please contact us at below immediately to request changes.

  • Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
